THREE WAYS TO PLAY.

A long weekend, a focused break or a full week. We build the programme around your level, your goals and the dates you can travel.

Example formats include a weekend. Arrival and departure sessions depend on flight times. We confirm the number of sessions, clubs and tournament format in your personal proposal.

A DAY, WELL PLAYED.

An example of the camp rhythm. Exact hours and training intensity adapt to your group, court availability and the weather.

01Morning

Coaching with a purpose

Warm up, work on a technical or tactical theme, then apply it in controlled points. Leave each session knowing what to try next.

02Midday

Recover by the sea

Breakfast or lunch, a walk along the coast and time to rest. Recovery belongs in the programme just as much as training.

03Evening

Put it into play

Matches and rotating partners turn the morning’s work into real decisions. Learn to build points, communicate and handle pressure.

04Weekend

Meet the local game

A tournament with local players, matched to the group’s level. Different styles, competitive points and a shared finish to the camp.

BUILD A BETTER GAME.

Your starting point matters more than your ranking. Before arrival, tell us about your playing experience and what you want to improve.

01

Control & consistency

Serve, return and rally with intention. Find repeatable shots before adding speed.

02

Glass & defence

Read the rebound, choose your position and learn when to defend patiently or move forward.

03

The net & the overhead

Work on volleys, bandeja and transitions. Choose the right response instead of forcing a winner.

04

Playing as a pair

Move together, use the lob and create space. Turn two individual players into a more connected team.

LEARN IN PADEL’S EVERYDAY WORLD.

Spain’s padel culture lives in its clubs: coaching, daily matches, different generations and a strong competitive environment. You join that rhythm through practice and games with local players.

We choose clubs in Lloret de Mar and the surrounding area according to your programme and availability. This wider club scene is also used by professionals, including Agustín Tapia, Miguel Lamperti and other leading players.

Club selection is confirmed for each stay. Meeting or training with professional players is not part of the standard programme.

THE WEEKEND.YOUR MATCH MOMENT.

Take your training into a tournament with local players. The point is to compete at a suitable level, experience different game styles and leave with useful lessons, not just a score.

  1. 01Match groups by experience
  2. 02Agree the format and fixtures
  3. 03Play, review and celebrate together

LAND. SETTLE IN. PLAY.

Lloret de Mar is your base on the Costa Brava. We shape the practical side of the trip around the sporting programme, so you know what is included before you book.

Tell us your experience first. Training and matches need compatible levels; we agree the right format before confirming your stay.

Are hotel, flights and transfers included?

Accommodation and transfers are arranged individually on request. Your written proposal sets out every inclusion and extra; flights are not automatically included.

How much does it cost?
